Yes! Casas del Sol offers a wide range of different models to suit the varying needs of homeowners. Our floor plans can also be customized to fit our client's vision of a perfect new home. Distinct custom homes are our specialty and the Casas Del Sol team will gladly work with you to create the ideal model design of your dreams.

Is Casas Del Sol willing to make changes to their models?

Yes, we understand that every homebuyer's needs are different. That's why our clients are welcome to modify any of our models to accommodate their particular needs.

How long does it take to build a house?

A:

Approximately four months from the day we break ground until the day we get the certificate of occupancy.

Can owners visit the jobsite during construction?

A:

Yes. Along with a detailed construction schedule that is updated every week, the Casas Del Sol team will remain in constant communication with the client throughout the building process.

We understand that the process of buying a home can be overwhelming and communication is key to making the experience as stress free as possible. Do Casas del Sol homes come with a pool?
